Small-batch roasted coffee and handcrafted baked goods, brewed from the heart of Appalachia.
Wild Roots Coffee was born from a simple belief: that the best moments happen around a cup of something made with care. Nestled in the heart of Matewan, we draw from the deep traditions of Appalachian hospitality to create a space where every guest feels like family.
Our beans are carefully sourced from sustainable farms and roasted in small batches right here in West Virginia. Every pastry is prepared fresh each morning, using recipes passed down through generations and ingredients sourced from local purveyors whenever possible.
From single-origin pour-overs to house-made pastries, every item tells a story.
We partner directly with farmers who share our commitment to sustainability and quality. Every bag tells the story of its origin.
